Returns
Please allow 2 business days for the processing of all orders for shipping from the day of purchase. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. Domestic shipping will take 5-7 business days to arrive after processing. International shipping will take 1-2 weeks to arrive after processing.

Once your products leave PISTO Jewelers, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
We offer returns for orders within 14 days of placing your order.
Please note, the 14 days begin when your order is placed, not when you receive it.

International orders please contact customercare@pistojewelers.com to request an RA number.
No refunds are offered after 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be accepted for a full refund.
